Custom Cart - Trading cards.

Hi coders, I need a unique shopping cart. It is for sports/trading cards. What makes it a little differnt then most common carts, is that it uses a grading system for each card. See this example: <[login to view URL]> They do a base system that works great. I'd like mine to look a little nicer. Also on shipping. I want a per item shipping cost, added as a field when they add a new item (card). They can also click a check box that would leave the condition out (for boxes, bats etc).
