Create 3 simple database driven sites

We are looking for someone to develop three basic separate sites to manage three separate sql databases. 1) A site that will have three classes of users: The Client will be able to log in&make entries into a table. For each sub client that he creates, an ID code&pass code will be generated. The sub client will be able to log in (using the ID&Pass code)&updates certain variables regarding his status for his entry only. The Client will be able to log in&see all his sub-clients statuses,&be able to print up different types of lists/reports (pretty basic, ex: export to excel, etc..) regarding the status of his clients. He will also have a few additional fields on the sub-clients record that the sub-client does not have access to. The admin will be able to view everything, as well as create a client account. 2) The second site will have 2 types of users . ONE - A user can register&upon approval, can add multiple records. Only the user (and the admin, can see the records.) TWO - Can only submit one-record, which then gets managed by an admin account. All records are "roughly" searchable by clients that have been granted access. Roughly searchable means that depending on the type of field (for example age), a client that is searching can search an age range (which will be preset on a drop down list). The system will give back filtered out results that do not provide exact details (only ranges). If the user wants to see the full record, they can request it,&the user that originally created the record can grant access to either the full record or only parts. There has to be the ability to attach images to the record. 3) The third site will have two types of users: Admin and User. The admin can make records and link them to a particular user. The user can only see the records that have been assigned to him. The records have to searchable. The ability to attach files to a record is important. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
