Create program that post random blog post that we have added to it

We are looking for someone that can create a web based program that would allow our client to #1- Add hundreds of comments, including user name, email, website, etc to his blog and.. #2- Have them be posted to the blog in random order in a timed manner, so that it appears as if the post are being put up by real visitors every couple of hours or minutes or seconds in random timed spaces.. so not every 30 seconds but one post would show at 3:15 then another maybe 2 minutes later another maybe 5 minuets, then 2.34 minutes then 45 minutes so in random order #3- He wants to be able to control the random frequncy that the post are put up, so say every few seconds to minutes to hours a new post will be put up out of the many that he has loaded into the system. This is an easy project if you know what you are doing. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform all
