Company Website Design

Looking for a designer to create a website for a web development company. The site will only be a few pages, so Im looking for the master template to be designed only. I dont not require the html/css for the template, just the layered photoshop file. The color scheme to use will be black, silver, orange and red. The logo for the company is already created and so the site must work with this logo. Im looking for a professional designer so do not bid if you do not have the artistic skill and flare to create a website that is fantastic. Please attach previous work samples, or post a link to a portfolio (I will not reply unless i see previous examples of your work) Future work is available on succesful completion of this project. Company name, web address, etc can be provided to intersted parties.
