Auction site for online game

i run an online role playing game. Part of this game is buying and selling items in game. People also buy and sell items on the forums. I would lke to setup a online Auction site so players can place bids on items. All bids would be in game money or in game items so no payment gate way would be needed. The site would need the following. Sign up / login for users, which would have to be approved by admin. For seller must be able to do the following. Put an item up for sale. Write a small description about the item. Post a pic of the item. Set Auction time. Set buy now price. When a bid has been placed the user must be able to value the bid, ie if a user bidded 1000000 gold and an in game item, then the person who listed the bid must be able to give the bid an overall value, so 1000000 gold and item x would = 20 million, 10000000 gold and item y would = 50 million. The highest bid would then be classed as the winning bid. People who bid on the items would need to do the following. Place a bid in gold and items. Ask the seller a question. Remove bid for up to 3 days. Once a sale is complete the user should be able to pm each other from the site. And also give each other rating on how the sale went. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform php mysql
