Affiliate manager / JV recruiter needed (stock market related / high conversions)

** Earn Thousands Weekly ** We are looking for a new affiliate manager to primarily recruit new affiliates, or more specifically - find lucrative JV partners to mail our high converting offer. Previous Joint Venture (JV) partners have done very well mailing our stock options website offer, which has been converting at between 3% and 18% of visitors, from list owners with good relationships with their lists. We are looking for someone who has the time, and some experience with the stock market, to locate and contact potential JV partners, and 'sell' them on our offer. All they have to do is mail our offer to thier list, and we pay them 35% to 40% of the gross revenues - which can be substantial. Here are examples of how our 'pre-release' partners have done: <[login to view URL]> For the new affiliate manager, we're offering $100 for each JV mailing scheduled and approved (list owners must have over 500 names on their in-house list) plus 5% - 10% of gross sales from that mailing* For example, if the affiliate manager sets up a JV mailing with XYZ company who has a list of 1000 names, and the resulting sales are 50 units (at $247 - $297) or say $12,000 - then affiliate manager receives between $600 and $1200 (5% or 10%*) plus $100 for landing the JV mailing. Affiliate commission depends on the commission quoted to JV partner, as maximum total payout is 45%. So if JV partner agrees to a 35% total commission, affiliate manager is eligible to receive 10%. If JV partner needs 40% to agree to deal, affiliate manager receives 5%. There are many potential leads on every financial website, so a go-getter could potentially do very well with our program.
