Add Bidding Functionality to Real Estate Website

I have a real estate website that I would like to add bidding functionality to. The bidding functionality should be similar to realtybid.com. This should be an easy job for a skilled php coder - Add current bid to each listing in search page. - Add time left to each listing in search page - Add time remaining, place bid, current high bidder, reserve met, bid increment, current bid, auction status on detailed page. - clicking place bid should allow registered users to place a bid (in a popup similar to the rest of the forms on my site). Unregistered users should be prompted to create an account - upon placing a bid the user should be presented with a screen asking them to confim. - In the admin panel add functionality for admin to turn auctions on/off and set reserve amount. - All other functionality in [login to view URL]'s bidding mechanism ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)?
