Delphi 8 \ Firebird web scanning application(repost)

We need a .Net application, written in Delphi 8 and using firebird\interbase for DB operations, that will work as follows: The client will be a web page, which will allow users to scan in documents from a scanner or import them from their hard drive. The files will be saved in .tif format. We have a toolkit called skyline tools, which is .dll interface for managing tif files and accessing twain drivers. (I don’t know if this will work with .Net, if not we will need to find an alternative). After scanning the users should be able to view the documents and will then have an option to ‘send documents to server’ which will save the documents in a firebird database on the server. (This should optionally be done at the same time as scanning in another thread to save time). There should be a few identifying fields the user can fill out and send along with the documents such as title and description. The user should also have an option to click 'save documents to send later' which will save the documents on the users local drive, the user can then log in later and click 'send queued documents' which will grab the files and send them. There should be an option to allow local backups of all documents scanned which will save a copy of scanned documents to the local hard drive. When accessing the client the user will have to give a username/password which will be compared against a user table in the firebird database. (we will provide the user table). The deadline is set for 3 weeks but if you think you will do it in less or more time and adjust your price accordingly let me know and I can adjust the deadline. Either way please give me an estimate of how long this will take you and how you came up with your price. Coder will need to sign a software agreement\NDA upon selection for the project. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows
