php : fetch all products from focalprice category + images

Hi , Solution 1 : - i want a script to fetch all "in stock" products from a focalprice url. For example focalprice -> Apple accessories » iPhone 4/4S I want the php script to save all 3875 products including product info in a csv file by a standard layout, including image names. I want the php script to fetch all images for each product ( with no watermark , these images are in the sourcecode of every productpage ) and saves them on the webserver. Solution 2 : - i want a script to fetch information from a product url , and insert this product in my magento store including images with no watermarks. quickly and integrated in magento, so i can add a product to my site in 1 click. Solution 3 : - I want all products in stock from focalprice imported to my site including product images with no watermark. I want a cheap, easy and quick solution , i am open for ideas and suggestions. Budget is 100 dollar depending on the solution, i have future projects when this goes well.
