Database updates, design review, table data initialization

Experienced PHP, MYSQL programmer/DBA. Need this done in a couple of days. MUST BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY. MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS UNTIL WORK IS DONE. Competive will be given more consideration even if less experienced as this is not difficult work. WILL NOT PAY 100% milstone or get ripped off by ADVANCING MONEY until you demonstrate your expertise. NO EXCEPTIONS. UNTIL YOU DO SOME WORK TO DEMONSTRATE YOUR CAPABILITY AND EXPERTISE AND QUICK, RESPONSIVE WORK, NO MILESTONE WILL BE PAID OR PLACED IN ESCROW. Create a few new,small MY SQL tables (30 minutes) Update half dozen tables - add new fields (30 minutes) Update database creation SQL script including all static reference data lookup values data(30 minutes) Load a dozen tables with lookup reference data values (90 minutes) Check over current database design optimization/refractoring/redundant keys (60 minutes) Create a MY SQL schema diagram of the data (30 minutes) or Create an online schema diagram of the data (90 minutes) Our MYSQL Server is not using InnoDB engine. We would like to utilize the InnoDB database engine on out website. Changecurrent Product Table key from automatic sequence number to user specified unique primary key and related table column definition from Numeric to varchar or alpha/numeric. Datadase only has 65 tables. I don't know if MY SQL or PHPMyAdmin has the ability to ceate a visual schema diagram with an option to print or display on a HTML Page like the on you can find in MS SQL Management Studio 2008. If MY SQL can then we need to set it up. If MY SQL can't then we need to find and setup a web based schema universal database tool.
