A bit of code tidying, change layout from tables to css, and setup emailing list to be automated

JokeMail: I have a mailing list that I use Simple Mailing List for. At this time, I have to manually send the mail each day, or manually add them to the queue so that they send each day by itself. I have this page: [login to view URL] that I use as a template for what I send each day. I would like this page to automatically generate and send every day using CronJobs. The only thing that needs to change in this page is the date and also the Subject in the mail being sent which needs to display the date it is sent as well. Design/code clean up: Currently, JokeLoad has tons of tables. I would like it all to be changed to CSS. This site was programmed 10 years ago by somebody else and some of the code is a bit sloppy so I would also like for it to be cleaned up a bit. Picture Categories: Right now, JokeLoad is set up so that a picture can only be in one category. I would like it changed so that pictures can be in multiple categories i.e. a picture can be in "Funny Pictures" as well as "Celebrity Pictures". I would also require the submit page ([login to view URL]) to be changed to allow users who submit pictures to select more than one category, so maybe have a list of categories with checkboxes that the user selects where they want the picture to be listed under. Videos: I purchased PHP Melody for the video section of my site and I would like that to be formatted to fit the design of the rest of the site.
