Design a beautiful advertising agency website

Looking for someone to redesign an advertising agency website. The website should be similar to: [login to view URL] in the sense that we have all of the same services and products. Design needs to be modern themed with robots. We really like the style of the film Back to the Future so if someone could incorporate that into the theme, that would be cool too. We really like that font of the logo. It could have some HTML5 elements. I am looking for someone with a really creative edge to design us a spectacular website and very quickly.
