We are looking for a programmer who can create a server side application and web API that will display "prime times" for an end user, for any given GPS location and time, on our website.
The prime times will indicate conjunctions of sun and moon where they coincide with dawn, dusk, noon, solstices and other coincident parameters, as drawn from an existing almanac application program. (In essence, these times relate to peak tidal influences.) This data must be called from the almanac, processed and parsed to the user in dynamic visual tables and graphs to display the peak hour, day and monthly periods.

We also have a requirement for an iPhone application, the system design of which should be flexible for easy extension to other mobile OS's such as Android and Symbian.
an example iPhone app can be seen here: [login to view URL]
For our purposes, we will additionally require a sign-up and login function. We will provide graphic and screen design, for this application.

4. estimated time frame to complete the project
5. testing methodology that will be implemented
