C++ Expert with Outlook Plugin Experience

Primarily I need to add a Tab to the Outlook? Tools > Options dialog. a) add the tab b) the tab will have 3 sections ? ? ? Settings ? ? ? Register ? ? ? About c) Settings will contain a few items ? ? i) update a few registry entries depending on the radio button or check box selected by the user. ? ? ii) launch a dll/exe from a button. All Outlook versions must be supported from 2000 upwards. If this project is successfully completed then there are a couple more still on the same plugin but a bit more interesting in terms of email encryption etc. Please Note - I have been let down by 5? coders already on this project from India and Ukrain. Only bid on this if you are trustworthy and "very experienced". thanks
