Crystal Reports Scheduler / Emailer

We need a scheduler for Crystal Reports to automatically run reports on a configurable schedule. There should be a manager program for creating and updating report schedules, report parameters, export format, etc. Some requirements: * must be able to export to all formats Crystal supports (PDF, XLS, etc). * must be able to export to a disk file, send via email, or print on schedule * must have flexible scheduling options (ie first of month, every N days, every Monday, every N hours, etc) * report parameters can be set and are dynamic, ie date parameters can be set based on date report is run, for example to get a report with a date range of the previous week * processing portion should run as a service * only needs to support XP and higher * would prefer trolltech Qt 4.1 toolkit for integration with our other products * SQLite or similar backend preferred * NSIS installer preferred * NO VISUAL BASIC, must be C++ This product should be a lot like a product named Crystal Delivery, but can run as a service, better UI, etc. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP
