Create VB Setup - Easy Setup

Dear Coders, Hello, I am currently creating the VB application involving the Access database and many OCX. What I require is that the instructions to create the Setup for my application so that my client will be able to double click on it and the application will be running properly as it runs in my computer. Well, I have tried to use Inno as the compiler. However, I did not find any luck using it. Now, you can choose two alternatives. One is to tell me the instruction on how to create the setup using Inno and the latter one is to tell me how to create setup using other tools. Please specify which one do you want to take. I am easy person thus as long as the instruction goes well, I will directly accept 100% of your work and rate you 10 out of 10.
