COMMAND LINE VIDEO SPLITTER

I am looking for a simple Video Editing App. I Need an app that lets you use the command line (MS-DOS prompt) to specify 1) a file a 2) stating point (Time/Secs) 3) end point (Time/Secs) 4) Output file and location. from which a clip of the master file should be created. Needs to Compatable with MPEG1 and 2 should be created in C also needs to compatable with Vlarge file sizes for Win XP ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Win Xp
