Access 2000 Database Native Driver

When a developer uses an Access 2000 database file for a project, the developer must insure the correct version of MDAC is installed on the clients machine - or download and install a version of MDAC which can be 10+ megabytes in size. This large size of MDAC makes internet delivery of simple application difficult. What is needed is a native driver that is Access 2000 and ADO .NET compatible that will allow using an Access 2000 database file on Windows 9x, NT, 2000, 2003 (95 and ME would also be nice be not essential) without MDAC being installed (and would work wheather MDAC was or was not installed). This driver should work in the .NET CLR with C# (Visual Basic .NET would be nice but not essential) and with Visual C++ 6. The driver can be a COM object, a CLR componet library, or a simple source code library. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform Windows 9x, 2000, XP, 2003 Would also be nice if it worked on Windows 95, ME, and NT
