A portal with parts (.NET 2.0 VB)

For a newproject I'm looking for a portal like [login to view URL] It will be used with .NET 2.0 (VB). In the past we used webparts to create aportal, but the main disadvantage of webparts is that users cannot easily movethe parts around the screen. So I’m looking for a better way. Somerequirements: - Parts canbe smoothly dragged around the screen. - The status of the parts (position, op/closed) will be stored in a database (forlogged in users only) - A selectionpart at the bottom of the page to select wich parts should beactive. - Please create a few standard parts that contain: 1. An rss feed 2. A gridview 3. A form for users to subscribe to a newsletter (name+e-mailadres) 4.
