convert php Flash application to asp classic flash.

I commisioned a flash/php application for the purpose of designing Ouija Boards Online. (like the one on [login to view URL]), The design is then saved as a jpg and the data collected is posted to a form processing application. I need the php application to be converted to asp classic to run on my windows server 2003. I have the original project mile stones.
