A Yahoo Like Messenger

To enhance the communication between us and you as a coder we need our own sort of a Yahoo Messenger. It is a pain working on all those incoming emails from [login to view URL] and others if you have over 60 Projects running. The idea is a client/server type of application. In the server part an MSSQL or mdb database with a thin web server (can also be based on others like IIS5, preferred is a thin Web server) with a coder or programmer management part. name, address, email, evaluation of coder (very good, good, ok, not that good and so on) Massage, Massage Archive, Feedbacks that come in through the messenger client to a certain topic should be achieved accordingly so that I can see who sent what and follow up with that topic as an admin. Eventually send him over my admin client an answer. All those information should be inserted into my odbc (sql ) you send a massage to a group of coders or a single programmer and they get it over the yahoo like messenger and also an e-mail tells them to open their messenger and have a look) the coder should be able to follow up thru that messenger with a certain topic ( some sort of a tree view for a project sorted by date) the coder should be able to send through the open connection to the server his feedbacks make my life easier so that communication between us wouldn't be a problem.
