A Creative Designer is Needed

hi, I am looking for a creative designer to redesign some pages of my web site. I have abundance of work for the right person. Here are the some basic requirements. 1) Creativity in your Designs. your graphics should represent a theme. 2) you should be able to create some nice icons. 3) you should be able to write well optimized html and CSS.
