Clone site for www.freeservers.com needed

I need a clone site lik http://www.freeservers.com. Currently i have a site that can give sub domain name with Cpanel. But now i need a site that can give only limited functions to sub domain name users because i had bad experience with spammers.(with Cpanel) 1)Mainly the website could ergister both free and paid members with sub domain name ( [login to view URL]) and other domain names that people already have. 2) I sould be able to place ads on free members wia my admin panel 3) free members sould be able to upgrade to paid members 4) I sould be able to edit and change the basic infomations such as pakages, users, add users, banned users ect 5) as soon as new accoutn created people can be able to make thre website easy from given templates, like simple blogging system thanks
