A web portal sultion including user management, product registration, item submission to our sales engine, payment status, sales status, barcode scanning integration with web browser(ActiveX Control), see below.
1. User Management. Authentication, Account Management, etc.
2. Product registration and management. Submit, Change, Delete a product, etc.
3. Item Mangement. Submit, Manage, Delete item through our web service, status checking, etc.
4. Sales Management.
5. Shipping Management integration with chinese post office system.
6. Receiving Payment from users in China.
7. Sending Payment to users in China.
8. Bar code scanning intergration with IE using ActiveX control.
9. Billing Management.
10. There are other stuff I do not want to post it here, but they will be all related to the web portal. Basically, you will be talking to my web service for all, no database design and store procedure writing from your end. All you need to do is the UI on a web portal in Chinese except you will be required to do some web service implementation with chinese billing/payment processing provider and shipping service provider.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
4) All source code, document of the project must be delivered to the buyer.
