Advanced Million Pixel script

Hi, there I would like to triple the size of million pixel into 3 million pixels and divide them into 3 quadrants ( Top, middle and bottom). The user will get 1 pixel for FREE at the bottom quadrant after registration. Then, We will provide each of user an referral link. In order to get more pixels, they have to get more referrals (for example: 10 referrals = 1 pixel). Also, the registered user will start from the bottom quadrant. After they reach a certain amount of referrals , they can jump up to next quadrant. (Similar to the concept of RPG game , if you know what i mean) Different quadrants will have different calculation of referrals. (For instance: Top quadrant - 50 referrals = 1 pixel , Middle quadrant - 20 referrals = 1 pixel, Bottom quadrant - 10 referrals = 1 pixel) In order to do that, the user will be able to: 1)edit their ads already posted. 2)Delete their ads. 3)split their pixels into a few small ads OR combine them into a big ads . In the Admin area, the admin will be able to 1) delete an user 2) approve/remove an ads 3) block an IP from visiting the site(optional) Besides, A paid banner area should be reserved on the top of the page , between the quadrant and the botoom of the page.
