ASP Script Encrypt/Decrypt and Access to SQL Conversion

We have a Intranet Groupware system written in ASP 3.0 which needs Web Based Encryption/Decryption performed on all Source Files including some Javascript. The system consists of just about 500 ASP scripts totaling almost 40MB of ASP code. It is currently an Access 2000 MDB based system that must also be converted to MS SQL Server 2000. We can provide the IIS 2003 hosting environment and FTP Accounts where the conversions must occur. Please indicate whether this will be a client desktop based Encrypt/Decrypt routine or a Web Server based ASP.NET or other system and whether it is based on an existing Commercial ASP Encryption/DeCryption product (provide web URL) or one written from scratch by you. The system has to run on Windows XP, a Windows 2003 server and IIS 6.0 exactly as it does before encryption as well as IIS 5.0. SQL Server 2000 plus next generation SQL Server 2005 must be supported. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done or a Single User License to a Commercially Available Product which must be disclosed pre-bid. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
