We need a system built that will let us upload a daily photo to our blog, put "bubbles" on those photos, and let visitors submit their version of what should be written in those bubbles. The project has been thoroughly explained in the attached .txt file. We need this done in 45-60 days from project assignment. I am not a web expert, so if you prefer Flash in any part of the admin section, that is fine, but no Flash on the web visitor side of things. Also attached to this is an example of a picture with text on it.
