a C# developer

We look for a C# developer for an application for one of our clients project. The application is a GUI for an existing system (including DB and server side) It should connect to an existing DB and run analysis functions (make graphical plots) / retrieve & display data the complexed algorithms are given in code already (no need to develop that). some Detailed design including DB spec etc will be given to winning bidders Please Bid ONLY if u have vast expirience i c# and u can send samples of working apps. Final app should be handeled in Time and should be well writen and documented. The DB is SQL2005 and has about 10 tables relevent to this app. The application will have up to 10 screens Prefered Gui is win32. Thanx BTW times are critical in this projec, Payment will be done only If application will be on time.
