I am trying to get a DNN real estate site up called [login to view URL] - I work for the bank and do some programming but I need a "remodel" - taking what I have sketched out and making it really work good. I have chosen the modules Onyak H20 for form creation and Ventrian Property Manager as the engine to search and list properties. I am short on time to get the site up up strong enough that we can use it. I will need custom forms for the input of listings, also need to setup NukeAlert for newsletters, and need just some decent web graphic designer to make it beautiful. The site should behave similar to any online auction / ebay / etc style; there is no need for a cart at this time, any of these actual sales would be done outside of the website with a title company. We will post our own listings and also others of two types: 1) an affiliate, meaning another business in real estate; and 2) the public who can upload their own listings. We need paid advertising banner spaces in the design, setup of google adwords/etc, and a good SEO of the site
