I can build your app which receives the push notification which is sent by web page which is built in .net. Hi I can provide you working application in just 1 DAY as I have already written the code in Adobe AIR 3.4, which can receive PUSH notifications using Apple Push Notification service (APNs) and Moon-APNS .NET library. Which version of Adobe Air you are currently using ? Do you have any concern if you will have to upgrade to 3.4 ? I just need to integrate the code with .NET to make it work.
