Create an Animation

i want to draw a guy in a Gulf dress and Gulf look in his house ready to go out, he will be standing in front of mirror for few seconds fitting his top dress then ideas clouds appear above him then the screen moves to celebrities world where his face shows on TV, papratizies interview, street billboards, picture frames, flashes and ect.. then final screen that has many picture frames (around 10 frames) that has different pictures for different characters than the main one (females old and young, old guy and another guy, kids) all picture frames will show only faces. and all picture frames will be hanging on wall then the company logo underneath. all above should play in a minute or 1.5 minutes max. PS: it should be developed on HTML so it can work on all devices.
