The bottle neck here is the ocring of the PDF and converting it to xml. If you can offer the file in a parsible format it will become a oneday task.

Hola Felipe, no hay problema para desarrollar eso en python, se lo puede automatizar con crontab que decargue el pdf del sitio y luego analizar la informacion del mismo y guardar diariamente un archivo xml con los tags que consideres. Cualquier duda o inconveniente que exista lo solucionamos en el acto. Si necesitas realizar pruebas automaticas del codigo eso seria aparte otros USD 50.
