Write an Android application for employee tracking

We are requesting an android application with the following information: Employee tracking System with control panel 1- Admin can track and monitor all the movement of the employee 2- Admin get notification of out of area. 3- Admin get notification of the movement time.(Allowed time restricted time setted by the admin ) 4- Admin get notification if user try to remove the application. 5- Admin get notification if user Switched of the phone with clarification that user did switch off the phone. 6- Admin get notification if the device battery level is very low and device will go off. and clarification that the user didn't turn off the phone. 7- Admin can view full history of ( movements - Battery level - user activities on the phone - contact list - SMS) 8-User can't uninstall the application. (Application need password and admin approval to be uninstalled). 9- User can be privileged by admin to see specific users. 10- Developer should provide the complete open source code with full manual of how to use it and full open source graphic designs. The Design and interface of the software is extremely important to be at professional level. We may add more option to this software if needed. Kindly don't BID if you are not professional in this.
