I already have an Android application which can stream media from a HTTP server using a variety of systems to acquire metadata and title tracks according to a lookup on MusicBrainz. The system is fairly basic, but it is a fundamental start on what you need. Feel free to contact me to discuss pricing. I can provide sample screenshots of the application in use. I do not have the time to invest in completing the project to add licensing, security, or any server application, however I feel those parts of it could easily enough be introduced by another member of this work forum. If this is for personal use, it might be particularly ideal if you're looking for a project to work on. If it's for commercial use, you might find of interest the methods I've used to create the application.
