Write an Android application

We require a way to collect customer documents and display customer payment information etc. the app requires:- -user login --ability to add new users from web backend --change user passwords -display a list of required documents to the user --ability for the user to add more documents to each category --display currently uploaded documents organised by category --ability for the admin to set a description for each category -a way to scan a document (from camera) --ability to select the corners of the document --want the ability to skew the document into prospective (based on selection above) --Store on google cloud storage --save documents as pdf -a way for the admin to set a list of required documents (category) for each clients (managed through templates) --manage from a web backend - secure messenging between admin and user --using google cloud messanging - digitally sign a document supplied by the admin --this signed document is to be stored on google cloud storage when signed We are looking for someone to supply the project and source code so that it can be adapted at a later date. We are asking for android app at the minute, but this will extend to Iphone and web site asap
