Opus Audio Codec in VoIP Application

The project requirement is to import Opus audio codec and modify a VoIP app's code to make the codec function correctly for voice calls. The codec must encode and decode using the following features: - Dynamically adjustable bitrate, audio bandwidth, frame size and sampling rate - Variable bitrates from 6 kb/s to 510 kb/s - Sampling rates from 8 kHz (narrowband) to 48 kHz (fullband) - Frame sizes from 2.5 ms to 60 ms The Android library for this codec (Libopus) is available at this link: [login to view URL]
