Need help with making a java (Android sdk 19+, java 1.7) with stub to test for Eclipse Luna to continually take pictures in the dark and superimpose until picture looks ok. User will press button to start and stop and then app will save picture in jpg format with date-time-stamp as name. Deliverable zip project, pay at end.
