Need help on ionic app

Hybrid Ionic mobile app with audio / video calling and text chat Kind of development: Customization of existing app Description of requirements/features: 1. We want the app to stay live even when the user presses home button. - Basically we want app to work in the background also. When a video call in received and if the user taps home-button, call gets disconnected. We want the call to stay even if the app goes in background. Like Skype. This should work both in Android and iOS. App should run in background during calls even if home-button is pressed and phone goes to lock-screen.
