Hi I have reviewed the project description and have understood the requirements. Basically you want a desktop app (which i guess would be Web App instead) from where work orders can be uploaded easily via spread sheet or pdf importer. This is perfectly fine. After this, you would like us to develop a mobile App to be used by Engineers so they may see the work orders, act accordingly and update their status. Though i believe, there is a lot which is missing. Such as, complete history will be maintained for each engineer, their performance may be evaluated, probably they'll be assigned projects and work orders within. Is there any possibilities of rejecting a work order, putting it on hold etc. ? Is there any possibility that one engineer can assign their work order to some other engineer in special case ?
