I'm an android developer with a lot of experience. I have developed many android applications as main and side projects. A sample of my work may be seen in my portfolio. As for the testing I currently own 2x LG G2 Mini one with Lollipop (5.1) and one with Marshmallow (6.0) I also have a Huawei P9 Lite with marshmallow (6.0) Lastly my colleague owns a Samsung Galaxy J5 with Lollipop (5.1) and many other android powered devices.

If you want to go with cross platform then I have good knowledge of ionic and cordova. I am working in these from last two years. I also know HTML5 and CSS3 very well, so I can do HTML design also. I have also good knowledge of php, I have worked in core and wordpress in php language and have two years of experience in that. I have also made server side in php. Price can be vary according to work.
