Interactive digital painting

Hi everyone, I need a professional programmer to essentially create an Android custom image viewer capable of loading huge 7000x7000 digital paintings (already made by my associate) on full screen, allowing zooming, rotating and panning. Along this it has to be able to play a music track (already produced by me) with the following nice feature: some predetermined detail of the image will be "active", which means that once the user reach that detail it will be played a short musical pattern (2-3 seconds). Please find attached a video demonstration of what we've been able to do by our selves - we are not programmer. (Please don't take in consideration the first splashscreen and the second grid but only the image viewer, the last one). PS: I don't have the source code anymore...I accidentally deleted it. I designed the app to be on Android but if you can achieve the goal with another technology (Flash, HTML5+CSS or whatever) we are more than happy to listen for the proposal. Here are the main reasons why we choose Android environment do develop our idea: 1. It should be Internet independent: it should work without internet connection. 2. It should be portable 3. It should be scalable: it should be accessible from a 4" smartphone display or from a 32" multitouch monitor. Don't hesitate to ask any question. I'm looking forward to hearing from you soon.
