I want to use HM-10 Bluetooth module as ibeacon. I need aproximately 3 meter advertising (absolutely between 2,5 meter and 3,5 meter) range for HM-10 and need basic program which able to say "i sense UUID" or "I didn't sense UUID" for android phones. My main requirement is how to adjust HM-10's own range ( 10 meter) and to decrease between 2,5 and 3,5 meter absolutely.
