Educational app to teaching computer prograramming

Education app to teach children computer programming concepts. I need the app to be playable online or on android or apple devices. There are three needed components. 1. The dashboard: a) Set up classrooms, add students, track progress. b) Teacher creates a class. c) Teach creates a login code for that class. d) Students login using that class code. e) Teacher can view class overview, class progress, and student overviews. f) Weekly emails are generated summarizes student's progress that week. g) A student's progress should be saves so that if they log in at a future date, or a for a future class their progress is remembered. h) Students earn badges as they complete each section 2. Level 1: Drag and drop controls. 3. Level 2: Blockly controls. Level 1. 10 sections 5 levels each. Students need to move a character through a path. They do so by selecting the correct combination of arrows and putting them in the corresponding boxes. After they have arranged the code, they can press the run button. If the code is correct, the character will move through the maze correctly, and earn stars. If not they will have to try again. (see [login to view URL]) Level 2. Using the same artwork, which I will provide, students follow a series of onscreen tutorials to write animations or games. This will require a tutorial panel, a workspace, and an output panel. Please see Scratch, or Tynker. The easiest method would be to use Snap by Berkley, which uses programmable code blocks. It is open source. There will be 10 tutorials which I will provide. Student swill complete the tutorials and earn a badge for passing. I would like the files after completion.
