Develop an Android application to capture data/data input

I am an a professional Java Programmer and started android development just over a year ago. Decide to work as a freelancer to get a feel of the mobile app requirements users have. Your project seem quite easy and will be a great chance for me to get into production mobile app development even though I have a couple to my title. Although further details such as source of data (sensors, web, user input etc) will have to be discussed as well as the destination database. I can provide you with my github and play store details to have a look at the few apps I have developed.
