I am looking for a developer that has experience building hybrid mobile apps to build an app for me which will be sold on the Google Play Store and iOS App Store. The ideal candidate will be able to create a sustainable, scalable cloud-based database and implement that database with the app such that the app can be used effectively when offline. The app will necessitate skills in implementing user accounts, ads, geolocation services, and in-app inter-user communications (messages).
