Convert iOS5 to iOS9 Universal Application

18 months ago, we generated an iPhone application for iOS5. It was 90% completed but due to very demanding project commitemnets, we were unable to release the app. We would like to now complete the application as a Universal Application. We need the developer to recreate the app (using all the source) into an iOS 9 compatible application. This will include some modernisation and functionality improvements. This is a mid sized, multiview application - a document is attached. THE PROJECT MUST INCLUDE ONSITE WORKING FOR 1 DAY PER WEEK. THE PROJECT MUST BE FIXED PRICE. THE PROJECT MUST BE DELIVERED WITHIN 3 MONTHS. NO AGENCIES. NO PROPOSALS FROM OUTSIDE OF THE UK PLEASE. I WOULD LIKE TO MEET ANY PROSPECTIVE FREELANCER PRIOR TO AGREEING TO THE WORK.
