Develop a VPN client on both Android and IOS phone, mainly to connect to VPN server through PPTP or L2TP/IPSec. In app dashboard, user can see their ID - the APP read the SIM Card phone number (static & cannot be changed) as profile ID. This VPN need to be restricted to: 1. User can only use the VPN service when they are using mobile data 2. User cannot access VPN service if they are using WIFI 3. Only authorized user can access the VPN service - authentication by our VPN server
