Android application with QR Code reader

URGENT: 2 Weeks Delivery deadline! We would like a simple Android app developing. It will be for demo/sales purposes and the data in the backend can be "mock" data. The purpose of the app (demo) is to scan a QR Code (or similar) which takes you to a product page within the app. We will supply a flat HTML design for the app. But we would like the ui performance to be fast and responsive. We will use the successful candidate for the Development of the real app once we have all of the requirements (approximately 6 months time). The only thing I might add is this won't used in the play store... at this point... it is to be installed locally for demo purposes
