APP - Android - ANPR - Licence Plate Recognition

01 - DESCRIPTION The APP / software has the ability to identify in real time vehicle and / or moving license plates, thereby alerting the home user to the car's plate being on a certain list. The ID is in real time and when the card is identified, the APP takes a photo of the car plate at the best angle and stores it remotely (sends to a host), preserving the geolocation, date and time the photo was taken. 03 - LANGUAGES, AND DATA BANK; The application has to be compatible with Android, IOS and WEB.
