Simple Countdown app

Hi there, a very straight forward app needs to be done. On both platforms Iphone and Androide. App will be a "training " app, so users will insert 3 numbers and then app will calculate the training according to this data. Each time app is opened a new training countdown will start. Some other minor things are added. No design is needed, just the basics (buttons, fields, layout, flow, app-icon). We keep it as simple as possible. So a fast, easy and simple app this time. PLASE BIT ACCORDINGLY AND NO UNREALISTIC BITS. References are needed, and app should be done LATEST within 7-10 days. I look ate all bits, but certainly bits with "No design, simple, fast and easy" in the bit have a ten times better chance to win !
